What is Cisco SXP?
Cisco SXP, the Security Group Exchange Protocol, is a TrustSec feature for propagating IP-to-SGT mappings to TrustSec devices. It's a peer-to-peer protocol where one device acts as a speaker, sending IP-SGT bindings, and the other as a listener, collecting these bindings. SXP uses TCP port 64999 and MD5 for message integrity.
